I think we need a Digital interpretation of the 13th Amendment.
I think we have for some time. The Laws for the physical flesh and print, indeed broadcast media did not follow into digital… and that is incompetent and negligent governance and a mistake.
The 13th Amendment; Americans are not slaves and are not property. There was some trouble about this in the past, if you recall. This must extend into digital, and it’s not a Tort.
